Polityka prywatności gry Liquid Splash

Obowiązuje od 25 października 2026 r.

1. Kto odpowiada za Twoje dane

Administratorem danych jest Radosław Stary, twórca gry Liquid Splash (dalej „my”). Kontakt we wszystkich sprawach dotyczących prywatności: liquidsplash@starprojects.pl.

2. W skrócie

W Europejskim Obszarze Gospodarczym, Wielkiej Brytanii i Szwajcarii gra przed wyświetleniem reklam pyta o zgodę (narzędzie Google User Messaging Platform). Podstawą przetwarzania jest Twoja zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO), a w zakresie reklam niespersonalizowanych i zapobiegania nadużyciom także prawnie uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO). Zgodę możesz w każdej chwili zmienić lub wycofać w Ustawienia → Prywatność. Identyfikator reklamowy możesz też zresetować lub usunąć w ustawieniach Androida (Prywatność → Reklamy).

5. Zakupy w aplikacji (Google Play)

Ceny i oferty pochodzą z Google Play.

6. Udostępnianie i ocena gry

Przycisk „Udostępnij” otwiera systemowe okno udostępniania Androida z tekstem i linkiem do gry.

7. Kontakt z pomocą

Jeśli napiszesz do nas (np. przyciskiem Pomoc w grze, który dodaje Twój numer gracza do tematu), przetwarzamy Twój adres e-mail i treść wiadomości, aby odpowiedzieć (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).

8. Odbiorcy i przekazywanie poza EOG

Dane opisane w punktach 4 i 5 trafiają do Google (Google Ireland Limited i spółki powiązane).

10. Twoje prawa

11. Bezpieczeństwo i zmiany

Liquid Splash Privacy Policy

Effective 25 October 2026.

1. Who is responsible

The controller is Radosław Stary, the developer of Liquid Splash ("we"). Contact for any privacy matter: liquidsplash@starprojects.pl.

2. In short

3. Data stored on your device

The game stores locally: progress (stages, stars, records), coins, bought upgrades and looks, settings (sound, vibration, language), a random player number (e.g. 12-345-678, used only for support requests), information about your Google Play purchases, and the state of in-game sales and messages. This data is not sent to us. If Android backup is turned on, the system may include it in the backup in your Google account (a Google service, not ours). The data is removed when you uninstall the game; most of it can also be cleared with Settings → Reset progress.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads provided by Google Ireland Limited (AdMob): full-screen ads every few runs (unless you buy "Remove Ads") and optional rewarded ads. AdMob collects device data such as the Android advertising ID, IP address (from which an approximate location is derived), device model and OS, and ad impressions and clicks. It is used to serve and measure ads, cap their frequency, prevent fraud and, if you agree, to personalise ads.

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the game asks for consent before showing ads (Google User Messaging Platform). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, for non-personalised ads and fraud prevention, legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can change or withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Privacy, and reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Privacy → Ads).

5. In-app purchases (Google Play)

Purchases ("Remove Ads", premium upgrades) are handled by Google Play. We only receive which products you own (product ID and purchase token) to unlock them in the game. We don't see payment details. Prices and offers come from Google Play. In-game sales depend on playtime; the game records when you got a sale only on your device, to show the lowest price of the past 30 days.

6. Sharing and rating

The Share button opens Android's share sheet with a text and a link to the game. The game only learns that an app was chosen (to give the reward), not to whom or what was sent. The Rate button opens the game's Google Play page. We don't collect your contacts.

7. Support

If you write to us (e.g. with the in-game Support button, which adds your player number to the subject), we process your e-mail address and message to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and keep the correspondence as long as needed to handle your request, at most 2 years.

8. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA

The data described in sections 4 and 5 goes to Google (Google Ireland Limited and its affiliates), which may also process it outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

9. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has sent us data (e.g. by e-mail), contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing). For data processed by Google you can also use Google's tools (myaccount.google.com). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).

We make no decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal effects on you. In-game sales depend on playtime and number of games, as the sale banner says.

11. Security and changes

Game data stays in the app's private storage on your device; communication with Google services is encrypted. If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
